What we collect when you contact us, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you send the estimate form: your name, phone number and ZIP code, and anything else you choose to give us, such as your email, street address, what is going on, a good time to reach you, and whether we may call or text you with an automated assistant. When you email us: what you write.
With an estimate request, we also collect the page where this visit started and any campaign labels in the link you followed, so we can understand which content brought inquiries to us.
Why
To reply to your request, arrange a visit and prepare an estimate, and to keep records of work we do for you. We also use the source of inquiries to understand which content is useful. We don’t sell your details.
Who else handles it
The services we use to run the business: our website and form processing (Vercel and Modal), our email (Google Workspace), our customer records (Notion) and, only if you tick that box on the form, an automated calling assistant. They handle your details on our behalf.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn’t set advertising or tracking cookies.
We use browser session storage to remember the first page and campaign labels during your visit. These are sent with the form only when you request an estimate. The form still works if your browser blocks this storage.
How long we keep it
While we are in touch about your job, and afterwards for as long as we need records of work we have done. Ask, and we will delete anything we don’t need to keep.
